Dora Maar at Centre Pompidou

The largest French retrospective ever devoted to Dora Maar (1907-1997) invites you to discover all the facets of her work, through more than five hundred works and documents. Initially a professional photographer and surrealist before becoming a painter, Dora Maar is an artist of undeniable renown. Far beyond the image, to which she is all too often limited, of her intimate relationship with Picasso, this exhibition retraces the life of an accomplished artist and a free and independent intellectual.

Bubble Sky by Patrícia Cunha

After the ephemeral installations of Jordane Saget and Laurent Sanguinetti it is now the turn of Patricia Cunha's balloons to sublimate Bercy Village.
If colored umbrellas are well known to the general public, Bercy Village has opted for a new and poetic installation to offer visitors a moment of suspended magic. From June 8th to August 31st, more than 3,200 balloons will float over Court St Emilion.

Olympic Day

Paris participates in the International Olympic Day, scheduled for June 23, 2019 with a day of free entertainment.
The Place de la Concorde will be turned into a beautiful urban sports park in the heart of Paris and invite children and adults, family, friends, to share unforgettable moments in contact with the greatest athletes. Thirty Olympic and Paralympic federations will be present, from 9 to 19h, to discover and share their sport. More than 75,000m² will be entirely dedicated to initiations for young and old, demonstrations alongside renowned athletes, like Tony Parker (basketball), Renaud Lavillenie (athletics) or Yannick Agnel (swimming).
