Free cancellation: up to 48 hours prior to arrival (noon at the latest - local time).

Cancellation fees: 100% of the amount of the 1st night for late cancellation or modification as no-show.

For all reservations of more than 3 rooms, a 30% deposit (non refundable) of the total amount will be charged upon booking.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A pre-authorization of the card will be made at time of booking.
