Cancellation fees: 100% of the 1st night for any late cancellation or modification or no-show

For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a 30% deposit (non refundable) of the total amount will be charged upon booking.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A pre-authorization of the card will be made at time of booking.
